ibis styles made our group visit to hamburg unforgettable. from the spacious rooms to the outstanding staff, everything exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect and we enjoyed walking along the canal to explore the city. the breakfast/lunch cafe nearby, albatros, was a great find and we loved the convenience of having a supermarket next door.

I always stay at this hotel. The staff helped me find my lost id card. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. Perfect for Easter!

I really can recommend the Hotel very near to Underground station and near to shopping center and very friendly Staff .I also looked at the disabilities vacilites and the very good.And a very good Breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is a bit far out and in rather an odd location but it is near a train station.

I had a great time exploring Hamburg's attractions thanks to the hotel's convenient location. The free Wi-Fi and hot drinks all day were a nice touch. Breakfast had a variety of options for different dietary needs. The airport was just a short trip away.

Who doesn't love paying extra for Wi-Fi and no air conditioning in the rooms? So refreshing!

Good breakfast. Nice colours and pictures both in the room and in the rest of the hotel.

The bed was unccomfortable. Early in the morning it was really loud, as the breakfast delivery-truck arrived. The room didn't feel really clean, there was still garbish in the rubish bin. the bathroom was fresh, but had very little space both for towels and for shampo and so on.

The breakfast was goed, the rooms were nice but small, no closed place to store your luggage...they have babycot...the bathroom was small but very clean...easy to park arround...next to supermarket...friendly staff...

Hotel very modern and clean. Staff were all friendly. bed was comfortable.

The pillows were thin foam filled square cushions - very uncomfortable. The wifi was so slow it was hardly worth having and was woken at 5am by someone filling a skip with bottles with no regard for residents. My room was next to a small supermarket and they began unloading lorries at 5-30am. No aircon so had to have windows open.

Spacious room, convenient location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable ambiance.

For us it was ideal.

Landline ist free of charge and you can take tee and coffee anytime till 10pm in the lobby. You can reach a nice cozy shopping center in 5 Minutes on foot. 歩いて５分くらいのところにショッピングセンターがあり、ホテルの両側にはスーパーがあるので、買い物には便利です- 。最寄り駅までも５分以内で行けます。

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were very satisfied. This hotel is designed in very futuristic way and very clean. The Hotel is very close to Underground station located. Very friendly Staff and very good Breakfast. Very good value for money.

The pillows are disaster. It's a pity, that the parking wasn't included in the price.
